Explore the historic architectural gems of Santa Ana and unwind with lunch and optional water activities at the breathtaking Lake Coatepeque.

Enjoy a visit to the Santa Ana Cathedral and the Theater, two of the most important architectural landmarks in western El Salvador, where you will have time to explore the historic downtown, take photos, and learn about the city’s history. Afterwards, we will head to Lake Coatepeque, where you will enjoy free time to have lunch with a lake view, relax, swim, or take part in optional activities such as kayaking or jet skiing (not included).

  • 8:00AM: Arrival in Finca las Tres Flores & breakfast
  • 10:15AM: Visit Santa Ana Cathedral & Theater / Walking tour and photos
  • 11:15AM: Departure to Lake Coatepeque
  • 12:30PM: Lunch with lake view (cost not included)
  • 2:00PM: Free time to relax, swim, or optional activities (kayak / jet ski – extra cost)
  • 4:00PM: Return to El Zonte
  • 6:30 PM: Arrival in El Zonte (~11 hours in total)
